Using this site, and meeting us

We want everyone who gets an IRS letter to be able to use this site, read our fees and reach us.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA: text with enough contrast, pages that work with a keyboard and a screen reader, images described in words, and forms with clear labels.

Meeting us

Every meeting can be by video, by phone or in person. Tell us if you'd like captions, a call instead of video, documents in large print, or more time on a call.
