How we handle what you send

This policy explains what Tally Law collects through this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email, and anything else you choose to share. Like most sites, ours also records basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site working.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you and set up a call. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone outside the firm except the services that run this site and our email.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your message within a year. If you do, your file is kept as the rules for lawyers' records require.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you've sent us by writing to hello@tallylaw.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page.
