Read this before relying on the site
Tally Law publishes this site to explain, in general terms, the tax work we do and what it costs. Please read these terms before relying on anything here.
General information, not legal advice
Tax law turns on facts, dates and the years involved. Nothing on this site is advice about your taxes, and you shouldn't act, or decide not to act, on it without talking to a lawyer about your own situation.
When we become your lawyers
Reading this site, calling, emailing or sending the contact form doesn't create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we've both signed an engagement letter that describes the work and the fee.
Past results and client comments
Comments and descriptions of past matters on this site are samples. Every tax matter is different, and a past result doesn't mean yours will turn out the same way.
Fees
Fees shown are for the services described. The engagement letter sets the fee that applies to you. Our fee never includes the tax, penalties or interest you may owe, or the fees of the IRS or other professionals.
Confidential information
Please don't send Social Security numbers, account numbers, copies of IRS letters or other confidential details through the contact form or by email before we've agreed to work together. We'll give you a secure way to share them once we have.
Where we practice
Each lawyer's bar admissions are listed on their page. This site isn't meant to offer legal services anywhere a lawyer isn't permitted to provide them.
