Tax debt
A payment you can make, in writing from the IRS
Payment plans and penalty relief, built from your real budget and seen through to the IRS's answer.
We start with what you owe for every year, then what you earn and spend each month, because the IRS will ask for both. From there we pick the request that fits: an installment agreement, a temporary hold on collection, or a request to drop penalties for a year you had good reason. If a levy or lien is already in place, we ask for it to be released as part of the same plan.

The fee
How the fee works for a payment plan
One fee for the whole plan, quoted in writing after we see what you owe.
Set per plan
An installment agreement or a penalty relief request, for one person or a married couple filing jointly. The years owed and whether a levy has started shape the quote.
What it covers
Transcripts for every year owed
A monthly budget the IRS will accept
The request, prepared and filed
A release request for an existing levy
Follow-up until the IRS decides
Paying it
Half when you sign the engagement letter and half when the matter closes, or split into monthly payments set out in the letter.
Not in the fee: an offer in compromise, which is quoted on its own after the review, IRS user fees, and the tax owed itself.
How it runs
From balance to agreement
- 01
Step 1: A 20-minute call
Tell us roughly what's owed and whether a levy has started. We give you the price.
- 02
Step 2: Every year, every balance
We pull your transcripts so the numbers are the IRS's own, not a guess.
- 03
Step 3: Your budget, on paper
We fill in the financial statement with you over video, line by line.
- 04
Step 4: The request and the answer
We file it, follow it, and send you the IRS's decision with what to do next.
Questions
Asked about IRS balances
Can you stop a levy on my paycheck?
Often, once a payment plan is in place or a hardship is shown. We ask for a release as part of the plan and tell you on the first call how likely it is.
Will the IRS take less than I owe?
Sometimes, through an offer in compromise, but only when your income and assets show you can't pay in full. We tell you after the review whether it's worth filing.
What if I haven't filed every year?
The IRS won't agree to a plan until missing returns are filed. We'll tell you which years and point you to a preparer.
Is the IRS asking for money you don't have?
Send us a line about it. We'll set up a short video call and give you the price in writing.
