How Constance works

Constance handles estate and gift tax: the federal estate tax return, the return that saves a spouse's unused exemption, gift tax returns, and IRS reviews of any of them.

She spent her first years in estate planning, which means she knows what the appraisals and statements she works from are meant to say. Executors usually meet her three times by video: once to start, once to walk through the draft, and once after filing.

She is the firm's most patient explainer of the word portability.
